By accessing or using the FinRebels platform at finrebels.com.au ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FinRebels (operated as a sole trader by Partaay, ABN 59 813 972 460).

FinRebels is a financial education tool, not a licensed financial advice service. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should always seek advice from a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account and delete their data.
The Service is currently intended for users based in Australia. By using the Service, you represent that your use complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
To access most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in conduct that harms other users or the integrity of the platform.
You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into FinRebels. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and store that data for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. FinRebels does not verify the accuracy of your income or expense figures and takes no responsibility for decisions made based on figures you have entered incorrectly.
The FinRebels leaderboard ranks users by operating margin percentage — a calculation based on the income and expense data you enter. By using the Service, you consent to your operating margin, first name, last initial, and state appearing on the leaderboard.
You may opt out of the leaderboard at any time via the "Show me on the leaderboard" toggle in Account Settings, without losing access to any other features.
You agree not to manipulate your leaderboard ranking by entering false data, using multiple accounts, or engaging in any other dishonest behaviour. We reserve the right to remove any user from the leaderboard — or terminate their account — if we have reason to believe their data is fraudulent.
You agree not to use the Service to:
All content on the FinRebels platform — including but not limited to the FinRebels name, logo, Money Score™, design system, text, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to FinRebels and is protected by Australian intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
The CEO tier of FinRebels is free and will remain free. A paid Premium tier will be offered as an optional upgrade. Details of paid features, pricing, and billing terms will be provided at the time those features become available.
All payments for future paid tiers will be processed by a third-party payment provider. FinRebels does not store your payment card details.
Refunds for paid subscriptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
FinRebels does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any financial information presented on the platform. The operating margin calculation is based solely on data you provide and should not be relied upon as a complete picture of your financial health.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, FinRebels will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or financial losses resulting from decisions made based on information presented by the platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
You may request deletion of your account at any time using "Request account deletion" in Account Settings, which sends us your request by email. We action deletion requests by hand, typically within a few business days rather than instantly, so nothing is lost by mistake. Once actioned, your personal and financial data will be removed within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, without notice and without liability to you. Where possible, we will notify you of the reason for termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
